- Conformation shows, also referred to as breed shows, are a kind of dog show in which a judge familiar with a specific dog breed evaluates individual purebred dogs for how well the dogs conform to the established breed type for their breed, as described in a breed's individual breed standard. As the breed standard has only to do with the externally observable qualities of the dog such as appearance, movement, and temperament, separately tested for qualities such as tests for ability in specific work or dog sports, tests for genetic health, tests for general health or specific tests for inherited disease, or any other specific tests for characteristics that cannot be directly observed, are not part of the judging in conformation shows. When a dog has completed the necessary number of wins in conformation shows, and fulfilled any other conditions that may be required by the individual breed club or kennel club, the dog is said to have completed a conformation championship.
However, this is open to all breeds, and it is based on points. (I will not tell you how the points work)  Requirements: - (You do NOT have to be registered atm.)
- You can put up to two dog in the Show.
- Pet must be at least 6 months old.
- MUST be a PURE BRED or 1st GEN!

| Star-Lover, you have to read. The pets MUST be Pure Bred for this show. Spud is eligible, but the other Pitt is part Jack Russel. Sorry. Only one can enter. If you want another to enter before it closes, thats fine. | |

Being as old as he is, he is accustomed to working as a team with his owner. At 1 year and 11 months, he performs well. He follows directions with little trouble, and leaves looking smug.
Judging Points: 1250
Fred:
His first show, but he enters the floor confidently and with no worries. The Judge admires his courage and Agility. His obedience on the floor is flawless, with one move flowing to the next.
Judging Points: 1950
Spot:
Ready for competition, he meanders onto the stage. his nose reaches to the ground a few times, but he shows well and is excited and eager.
Judging Points: 900
Luke:
Reluctant to listen to the judge at first, but listening closely after, Luke impresses the Judge with a flair that the other dogs could only wish they had thought of.
Judging Points: 1350
Spud:
A bit slow onto the floor, Spud behaves well, even if a bit slowly. All of his moves on stage are obviously deliberate and though-over. The Judge Admires his intellect and obedience.
Judging Points: 1800
Thomas:
Thomas had to be removed from the tournament, as he was returned to the Shelter. | |
