Is everyone having issues with the chatbox on top of the forums?

Go to the homepage and log into the chatbox. When I log in, all the lines are cut in half. Is everyone having this issue?

I can get it fixed, but I dont know how far this extends....

Even im having problems with it. When i log into the chat box, it cuts it in half. Its wierd. scratch confused
